Block 2 Hold a Ball/Cup of water during all movements
Round 1: 2 reps each (2 hands on ball)
Round 2: 5 reps each (1 hand on ball)
Round 3: 10 reps each (juggling ball)

Floor seated press

Block 3 Animal movements 2-3m distance

Touch your toes 20sec hold
